Sometimes speaker disappears from Music Flow Player application
Symptom
Device disappearing from the application
Model : NP8340, NP8540, NP8740, NP8350, LAS650M, LAS750M, LAS950M
Action
1. If speaker blinking lamp is not blinking, and stays in white color
- When the smart device with the application is at a place without fluent router signal, move the corresponding device closer
to the router and try again.
1-1) If all speakers are connected with wireless connection.
When the distance between the speaker disappeared from application and router is not close enough,
the corresponding condition may occur . Move the speaker closer to router and try again.
1-2) If you connected a speaker with a cable and installed other speakers additionally.
If the speaker disappeared from application is not close enough with the cable connected speaker, additionally
install Bridge(R1) or other speaker in the middle location between the cable connected speaker and the speaker
with sound breaking, and try again.
2. If LED blinks in white
- The network connection is disconnected. Initialize the speaker then reinstall again.
