If a firewall to the media server is installed, how can I playback the sound source?

 

 Symptom
            Availability of sound playable when if a firewall has been installed on the media server.

 

            Model : NP8340, NP8540, NP8740, NP8350, LAS650M, LAS750M, LAS950M

 

 Action

            Common symptoms of problems with firewall is as follows.

            -. The failure of additional speaker

            -. Nothing is displayed when entering streaming service

            -. The failure of product update

 

            The Port Music flow app uses is as follows.

            TCP/IP:

            80 (Streaming service, update)

            9741 (The communication between speakers and Windows PC / Android apps / iOS apps)

            1339, 2870, 13000 (Media server)

            49152 (Media Streaming Server, up to 49152 for Windows PC)

            11158, 11588 (Music library)

            UDP:

            1900, 59000 (UPnP events and device detection)

            9740 (Home chat)

            When setting the firewall, you must set the above port to the inbound access.
