If the LAN cable connecting the laptop to the wired router is damaged, or not correctly inserted into the port, then the internet connection will fail.
Also check if the laptop network environment setting is correct.
Also, if the laptop is infected with viruses or malware is installed in it, and thus work capacity necessary for an internet connection is lost, then the internet connection screen will not be displayed properly.
Check if the router setting is wrong.
If the wired LAN driver is not installed on or if there is an error with the driver, the internet connection might fail.

Did you check the LAN cable connections?
➔ Correctly connect the LAN cable to the router port and the main body of laptop.
If the locking tabs at the both ends of the LAN cable are broken, then the connection areas cannot be fixed, thus it might not be detected by the port of laptop.
If the cable is ok, then check if there is alien substance near it.
If there is no port for a LAN cable in the main body of laptop, then use a USB adapter for a connection.
When using a USB adapter, check if it is correctly inserted into the main body of laptop.
Set automatic IP in Windows settings (applies to Windows 11 and Windows 10)
Right-click the [Network] icon on the right side of the taskbar and select [Network and Internet Settings].
Select [Ethernet] in the [Network and Internet] settings.
Select [Edit] in the [IP Assignment] item and select [Automatic (DHCP)] in the IP settings edit menu.
Select [Edit] in the [DNS Server Assignment] item and select [Automatic (DHCP)] from the DNS Server Assignment Edit menu.
Is your laptop infected with viruses or is there malware installed in it?
➔ Inspection viruses with the vaccine program and treat them.
If malware is installed or it is infected with viruses, then despite a wired internet connection, it might say ‘Cannot display the page’ or a multiple page opening error can occur.
In this case, use the vaccine program such as Windows Defender, V3, Alyac and so on to test them and delete malware and treat viruses.
Did you check the router status?
➔ If the router is turned off, then turn it on.
If the router is on but the internet connection fails, then reset or initialize the router.
If the router is on, then check the router status as follows.
Did you try as instructed but wired Internet connection failed?
➔ Reinstall the wired LAN driver.
If the wired LAN driver is not installed on laptop or if there is an error with the driver, the internet connection might fail.
If the internet connection still fails after the above remedies, then reinstall the wired LAN driver.
