1. On the keyboard, press down [Ctrl +Alt + Del] at the same time to run Task Manager.
2. After clicking [Task Manager] → [File] → [Run New Task], type in [explorer.exe] and click [OK].
3. Check whether the icon appears properly on the desktop.
How to restore damaged files in Windows using the Dism or Sfc command

4. Once the inspection is completed, click [Task Manager] → [File] → [Run New Task] and then type in [shutdown /r /t 0] and press the OK button to restart. When the system restarts, check if boots normally.
