<li>It could be a temporary boot error.</li>

<li>It could be an issue related to storage devices. (SSD, HDD)</li>

<li>An external device, such as a USB stick, connected to the USB port, may be causing the boot issue.</li>

※ If booting still fails after removing external devices and doing a power reset, then it is a Windows error or a storage device issue.<br>
In such cases, an inspection by an LG Electronics technician is required.

<h3 class="sub-tit">If there are external devices connected to the laptop, disconnect them all and try rebooting the laptop.</h3>
<p>※ Due to issues with a connected external device (USB stick, SD memory card, etc), the display may freeze whilst showing the LG logo and booting may not proceed.</p>
