How to clean the Ultra Fine Dust Black Filter to fix the E15 error
Step 1. Open the filter tray
Press the filter tray release button and pull the tray forward.
Step 2. Remove the Ultra Fine Dust Black Filter
Carefully remove the dirty filter from the tray.
Step 3. Soak the filter in a mild detergent solution
Mix a mild detergent with warm water (35 °C–40 °C / 95 °F–104 °F). Fully submerge the filter and soak it for about 30 minutes to loosen the dirt.
Step 4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water
After soaking, rinse the filter thoroughly under running water to remove any detergent residue.
Step 5. Dry the filter completely in the shade
Place the filter at an angle in a well-ventilated, shaded area away from direct sunlight. Let it dry completely for 12–24 hours.
Step 6. Reinstall the filter in the tray
Once the filter is completely dry, reinstall it, making sure it faces the correct direction.
Step 7. Reattach the filter tray
Check that the Photocatalyst Deodorizing Black Filter is properly installed, then push the tray all the way into the air purifier until it is fully closed.
