  Water may leak from the appliance even when it's not in use/turned off if the condensate water produced during the operation was not drained properly.

   It is necessary to check if the drain hose is connected properly.


  1.   Did the leakage happen after the installation / reinstallation of the appliance?

    While installing the air conditioner, make sure that the drain hose is connected properly.

       *Service technicians need to check   the installation status of the drain hose and drain gradient properly.


  2. Did the leakage happen during the operation and not after the installation/reinstallation?
