Clean the ultra fine filter.
If air intake filter is clogged with dusts, then small water bubbles can pop out together with the
discharged cold winds, and there can be water bubbles or dews formed near the water supply outlet where the
cold wind comes out.
Before cleaning the inside of the air conditioner, turn off the power and unplug the power cord.
The wall mounted type air conditioner requires a different method of separating the fine filter depending on
the type of front panel assembly.

1. After lifting up the front panel, remove the ultra fine filter.
2. Use a cleaning machine or a soft brush to and clean it. If it is severely contaminated, wash it with water using neutral detergent.
3. Avoid the direct sunlight and make sure to dry it in the shade with good air ventilation until it has no moisture in it and then assemble it again.
Depending on the characteristics of the applicable filter, it cannot be washed with water but requires periodic replacement.

1. After lifting up the top filter, remove the ultra fine filter.
2. Use a cleaning machine or a soft brush to and clean it. Only the ultra fine filters can be washed with applied water. If it is severely contaminated, wash it with water using neutral detergent.
3. Avoid the direct sunlight and make sure to dry it in the shade with good air ventilation until it has no moisture in it and then assemble it again.
Check if the drain pump is installed.
If water is drained using a drain pump, then check the power supply condition and defects of the drain
pump.
Check if the drain hose is installed downwards.
If it is not installed downwards or if it is bent, drainage may not be smooth and water may flow back into
the product.
Adjust the drain hose so that it is in a straight line downwards without any bents.
Check if the end of the drain hose is connected to the water tank or is submerged in the water tank.
If the tip of the drain hose is submerged, water will flow backward, thus in water of the product.
Empty the water tank frequently to prevent the end of the drain hose from being submerged in water.
Check if the cooling operation is taking place while the window is opened on a wet day or while cooking food indoors.
In case that the temperature difference between the indoor air and the wind from the air conditioner is big, or the humidity level is high, or when you cook foods indoors, [Indoor Air Temperature Up], there is a huge difference between the hot indoor air and the cold wind from the air conditioner, dews can be formed near the water supply outlet of the product or white steam can come out of it.
If water flows even though the air conditioner is turned off and/or not in use
Condensed water generated while the air conditioner was running may not have been drained properly and may
leak out of the product.
Check if the drain hose is properly connected.
1. Did a water leak occur after the product was first installed or relocated?
It is necessary to check if the drain hose was connected properly during installation.
Installation technician is recommended to check the installation one more time including drain hose and
drain gradient and so on.
2. Did water leak occur while using the product, not after the product was first installed or relocated?
For accurate checking, it is recommended to have it checked by a service technician through an accurate
diagnosis.
