CH66 code is a function detecting abnormal communication or bad pipe connections between the indoor unit and
the outdoor unit of an inverter type air-conditioner.
If it occurs right after the product is installed, then ask the installation technician to check if the
communication cables are wired properly with no misconnections?
Does CH66 occur during running the product, not immediately after installing?
An error code that occurs in the product may be a temporary error due to unstable electricity supply or
other electrical factors.
Turn the power off or trip the circuit breaker for the product, and then reset the breaker about 5 minutes
later.
If same symptom persists after power reset, have it checked by a service technician.
