Just as there is that unique smell of new product when you purchase new furniture or a new car, there may be
also the smell of a new product from your air conditioner.<br/>
More than 90% of air conditioner parts are made of plastic, and since new products are immediately wrapped
in protective vinyl after manufacture, at that time the smell of those parts cannot be removed through
ventilation so, they are trapped inside the packing vinyl and boxes.<br/>
Such trapped plastic smells can spread through the air when the air conditioner operates.

<h2 class="tit">Try this</h2>

1. Ventilate the room for 30 minutes before initial air conditioner use. If you use the product
continuously, condensed water generated in the air conditioner washes the heat exchange and odorous
components are discharged and removed to the outside through the drain hose.

2. If you wish to eliminate odors faster, open all windows indoors and operate the air conditioner for 20 to
30 minutes in air cleaning or fan mode with a high fan speed.
Repeating this process two or three times will eliminate any odors faster.
