Causes and Symptoms
- The joint of the angle or handrail supporting the outdoor unit is widened.
- Outdoor unit is not leveled.
If you use cooling or dehumidification of the air conditioner, then the cooling motor(compressor) inside the
outdoor unit begins to operate, thus causing the vibration of the outdoor unit.
Now, if the outdoor unit is installed on top of the handrail or angle, then the vibration can transfer to
make the shaking noises louder.
Try this
Does the angle or handrail supporting the outdoor unit make loud shaking noises?
➔ Find where the noises come from and tie them with cable ties.
If the outdoor unit does not operate, then set the target temperature low.
As shown in the below figure, firmly tie the noise generating area of the hand rail with a cable tie and make sure there is no shaking.
Do you hear the loud shaking noises as the outdoor unit shakes?
➔ If the levelness is not adjusted, then it can generate vibrational noises.
Use the rubber material to adjust the levelness.
