<li>Target temperature is set too high.</li>
            
<li>Outdoor unit room does not vent air very well.</li>
            
<li>Suction pipe for the indoor unit is clogged.</li>
            
<li>Power connection status is unstable.</li>

        <p>
            If you cannot feel coldness even after long hours of operation, then it might be due to the leakage of coolant.<br>
            After checking the installation information attached to the side of the product, contact your installation technician.

<h3 class="sub-tit">Checking the setting condition of the product</h3>
        <p class="info-desc idt">➔ Check the operation mode of the air conditioner.</p>        <p class="txt-idt">
            1. Set the general cooling mode and the target temperature of 18℃, and operate it for more than 30 minutes and check the coldness.<br>
        </p>        <p class="txt-idt">
            2. Air purification standalone operation, dehumidification, AI[A1], power saving operation and so on might not feel cold enough.

            <strong>Leaf Sign</strong><br>
            This operation function is used to consume less power than the rated power consumption, and when the indoor temperature reaches the target temperature during cooling operation <br>
            or dehumidification operation, or in case of air purification standalone operation, this sign can appear.

            <strong>Od display</strong><br>
            This function indicates that the temperature of the space where the outdoor unit is installed has risen rapidly, affecting the cooling performance and degrading cooling.
        </p>        <p class="info-desc lg-red">[Checking the outdoor unit]</p>        <p class="info-desc txt-idt">1. Remove obstacles from in front of, at the back of, and around the outdoor unit.</p>        <p>If ventilation is not smooth due to an obstacle, cooling may be degraded.</p>

        <p class="info-desc txt-idt">2. Open the window of the place where the outdoor unit is located or the ventilation window in the outdoor unit room.</p>        <p>Open lower blades [louvers] in the ventilation window in the outdoor unit room as close to horizontal as possible.</p>

<h3 class="sub-tit">Checking the surrounding of the product</h3>
        <p class="info-desc lg-red">[Checking the indoor unit]</p>        <p class="info-desc txt-idt">1. Clean the ultra fine filter.</p>        <p>
            A contaminated filter may cause decreased cooling capacity, noises or condensation.<br>
            ※ The ultra fine filter and the functional filter can be washed with water depending on the characteristics, <br>
            so refer to the user manual and check the filter management methods before cleaning it.
        </p>        <p>
            <strong>Stand air conditioner</strong><br>
            After checking the location of filter for each product, remove the ultra fine filter.<br>
            Use a cleaning machine or soft brush to clean it.
        </p>

            <strong>Combined (master bedroom) wall mounted air conditioner</strong><br>
            The wall mounted type air conditioner requires a different method of separating the ultra fine filter depending on the type of front panel assembly.<br>
            After checking the location of filter for each product, remove the ultra fine filter.
        </p>        <p class="txt-idt">
            ① Use a cleaning machine or soft brush to clean it.<br>
            If it is severely contaminated, wash it with water using neutral detergent.<br>
            [Only the ultra fine filters can be washed with water.<br>
            An integrated type of ultra fine filter and dust collection filter requires a replacement.]
        </p>        <p class="txt-idt">② Avoid the direct sunlight and make sure to dry it in the shade with good air ventilation until it has no moisture in it and then assemble it again.</p>

        <p class="info-desc txt-idt">2. Check if the wind suction pipe of the indoor unit is clogged.</p>        <p>Usually, as the curtain is located at the rear of the product, and the wind is blocked, thus cold wind and wind strength are weakened and noises can be generated.</p>

<h3 class="sub-tit">Checking the power status</h3>
        <p>
            Air conditioners are electrical appliances that consume a lot of power.<br>
            Check if the power of the product is turned on.
        </p>        <p class="info-desc txt-idt">1. If the power cord is loosely plugged in, the cord may overheat or the power may be turned off.</p>        <p>Unplug the cord, cool it down for approximately 30 minutes, plug it in correctly and operate the air conditioner again.</p>        <p class="info-desc txt-idt">2. Avoid using a power strip and plug it in a wall electrical outlet by itself for use.</p>

        <p class="info-desc txt-idt">3. If a power strip must be used due to the installation environment, use a 16 or higher amps power strip with a cable thickness between 2 to 2.5mm.<br>
            The air conditioner must be used alone.
