If the outdoor unit is not operated, or there is cold wind from the out door unit, then you need to check gas shortage or part failure of the outdoor unit.

<p>If the indoor temperature is below 20 degrees

<span class="lg-red">(68°F)</span>, as the outdoor unit fails to operate properly, there might be no coldness or drainage might fails as well.</p>

<h3 class="sub-tit">Select cooling as the operational mode and set the target temperature to 18 degrees

<span class="lg-red">(64.4°F)</span>.</h3>
<p>
If you set standalone water purification or fan modes, then as the outdoor unit does not operate, there might be no coldness and no condensed water generated.<br/>
If the outdoor unit does not run even when the neighboring temperature and humidity are high and the cooling temperature is set to 18 degrees(64.4°F), then it requires inspection.
