<h3 class="sub-tit">Is the product used in the cooling mode?</h3>
<p class="info-desc idt">➔ Wait until the product is preheated.</p>        <p>
It is required to wait until the pipe is preheated when starting first the cooling mode.<br/>
Once preheat is completed, the outlet vent will normally open.

<h3 class="sub-tit">Check the area where the louver and the part operate for caught protective vinyl or foreign materials.</h3>
<p>
Operation may not be performed if foreign materials are caught.<br/>
Remove foreign materials, if any.
</p>

<h3 class="sub-tit">Did you reset the power cord?</h3>
<p class="info-desc idt">➔ Unplug and plug the power cord, or trip and reset the circuit breaker of the air conditioner.</p>        <p>
The issue may be temporary resulted from play or catching of the air conditioner louver.<br/>
Once the product is reset, the louver returns to its normal position.

※ If the issue persists after taking action, check the motor that opens the louver, and the part that makes connection between the motor and the louver.
