LG appears aware that this model in their product line is essentially defective. The WiFi connectors have a flaw. The WiFi intermittently does not connect, will not connect, or drops connection. As opposed to sending a new device when I addressed it with them they started a convoluted repair process. After the “repair” (replacing their long cord WiFi connector with a shorter one) it connected okay for awhile, but is now back to intermittently not connecting and disconnecting. I will most likely need to reach back out and try to get the situation resolved again. For such an expensive purchase I would hope for less hassle in my life.
