How do I use the USB for file playback on my LG DVD / Blu-ray player?

USB Storage devices can be attached to current Blu-ray's to view picture, video, and audio files.

Connecting the USB Device

Connect the USB device to the Blu-ray’s USB IN port located on the front of the device.

Note: The following is a list of tips for USB device connections

The Blu-ray player recognizes only a USB storage device. Phones or other devices that would require installation of a device driver or other software are not recognized nor supported.

Only use a USB storage device which has normal music or image files.

Use only USB devices that are formatted as FAT 32 or NTFS.

Browsing Files

Connect a USB storage device.

Press HOME to access the Home screen.

Use the navigational arrows to scroll to MOVIE and press ENTER.

Scroll to the USB device and press ENTER.

Use the arrow keys to scroll to All Media, Movie List, Photo List or Music List.

Select the desired file and press ENTER.
