Causes and Symptoms

If you cannot shut the door of the freezer completely or cannot insert the drawer completely, the shelves or drawers are installed incorrectly. Check the following:
Remove the ice box and the drawer on the right hand side.
Then, check the lower part of the pillar that connects the top and bottom shelves.
If the grooves of the shelves are invisible, then they are installed correctly.
If the grooves of the shelves are visible, then they are installed incorrectly.
Remove and reinstall the shelves as follows.
Remove food from the freezer.
Remove the drawers from under the shelf.
Then, raise the front of the upper shelf and pull it out.
At this time, be careful as the shelf is heavy.
Raise the front of the lower shelf and pull it out.
At this time, be careful as the shelf is heavy.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Place the lower shelf into the rail and push into its place.
After installing the shelf, check that it does not fall out.
Place the upper shelf into the rail and push into its place.
After installation is complete, check that all shelves are installed correctly.
Install the ice box and drawers by placing them onto their rails.
For drawers, check inside the refrigerator that both sides of the drawers and supports fit together snugly.
In the case of the rail type, fit the side of the drawer onto the rail.
In the case of hanger type, firstly check the hanger inside the freezer and the hanger for the drawer.
Tilt the drawer at first installation.
After it is placed correctly on the hanger, push it into its place.
