Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Easy to install, but takes 2 people. Must be extremely careful not to damage condenser fins on both ends. Quiet operation. Cooling excellent. Would have preferred that documentation was on top of the unit instead of under it when un-boxing. Packaging was excellent and easy to unpack. Unit looks very nice. Love the "Auto Swing" feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great performance I purchased two LG LW1816HR window units to cool an insulated garage for short-term storage of my vineyard's grapes. After updating the garage electrical system, I installed both units by myself, plugged them in, and they worked great right out of the box(es). ( I didn't really need the heating function, but I purchased these units late in the season, and these were the only units I could locate locally). I was able to cool six tons of grapes and hold them for several days until I could ship the fruit.
