What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features I was looking for a phone that would last with features that where useful and flexible, but without the bloat. I found it with this phone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great camera and sound Bought it certified refurbished on Amazon. The camera is amazing on it....but you have to do it in manual mode. Auto is a bit muddy and washed out. Sound is phenomenal through my headphones in wired mode. Its a phone that holds up well against many of the newer phones out there. Biggest complaint is the battery life. Second biggest is software updates. I thought I would be getting a phone at least on 7.1. Good news though is that there are plans for this variant to receive Oreo(hopefully 8.1). I doubt Android P will come to this although this phones certainly still has the hardware to support it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great features, but disappointing I bought this phone almost a year ago. Had several of the g series, loved them except extremely easy to crack screens. Upgraded to this after v10. Multitasks well. I frequently use mobile hotspot, Bluetooth with various devices while being on conference calls. Like that I can use hotspot, conference, read texts. And emails, and use web searches at the same time. It does that well, many of my other devices including apple Would drop my computer off of hotspot with so much else going on. I really want to live these phones, however, almost exactly a year later, I have no battery life, need to charge constantly. Also I have to be on bluetooth or no one hears me. There are definite Mic issues. I can't talk to text anymore or speak to google/alexa, my voice isn't heard. Very frustrating since I am still making monthly payments for this expensive phone that isn't lasting a year. The pictures also are no where near as good as I'd like. Frequently blurry and when I edit pictures, they are not clear if I crop. Would be a great phone if LG can improve on the issues. I'll probably change brands until then

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good phone, not intuitive settings Flagship from 2 yrs ago was better price than competition. Settings not intuitive, must go to google each time I need to change things. Pro: nice size 5.7. Battery much better than reviews, can get 2 days. Good price for flagship level device even though 2 yrs legacy. Reasonable improvement in signal strength from galaxy 3. Replaceable battery. Strong aircraft aluminum body (just won’t fly) vs crack prone glass body. Con: Disappointing choices for cases, not lg issue. Screen less color saturated than Samsung. Settings not intuitive, must go to google each time I need to change things, annoying.
