Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact but full of power Wanted a replacement for my DVD/VCR player that took up a lot of room and found this one. Small but does the complete job. DVD's play and look amazing and small to size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Advanced yet basic! Plays any DVD I throw in it, even my old burnt stuff!....But I mainly use it for playing music and movies and slide shows off of my flash drives and memory cards and so far it works flawlessly! Only down fall is no HDMI and you have to download the manual!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Plays my homemade DVD's I just bought two of these at Wal-mart. I have been looking for a DVD player that would play some DVD's I made several years ago. Samsung, Sony, Pioneer all would not play them, Phillips would but had really bad DO NOT BUY THIS reviews. LG had the highest and best reviews I could find. I really like this one, it does all I needed and them some by having the USB port. Great Idea., Highly recommend this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Player This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a review for anything. Ever. I picked this up the other day, and I tell ya..... Best thing I've purchased in a long long time. I needed a player with the AV cables since my TV doesn't have HDMI. I haven't used the DVD function yet, but the USB is exactly what I needed. Awesome little unit. BUY IT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit My Wants Like a Glove This was just what I wanted when I went looking. It had everything I wanted, and more. It was very easy to set up, even for a technically challenged person like myself. The playback is excellent, and the remote is simple to operate. Put all this together with a good price that was easy to swallow, and it not only made love at first sight; it made a long-term relationship.

I love this DVD so much.. works great. But i was wondering how to record from CD to your usb, as it is stated in the product. But didn't have a manual how to do it. Anyone knows? Thanks

Asked by: rjrdador
To record from a CD to the USB on the LG DVD Player with USB Direct Recording, Model # DP132, connect your USB Flash Drive to the unit before recording. Insert an Audio CD, and then select a track using ▲/▼, DVD MENU. For track recording: Press AUDIO(O))) in play, pause or resume stop mode. For all track recording: Press AUDIO(O))) in complete stop mode. For program list recording: In stop mode, press AUDIO(O))) after selecting a track on the program list. If you use this function, the “CD_REC” folder will be created automatically in the USB Flash Driver then the music file(s) is saved in it. If you remove USB Flash Drive, turn off or open the unit while recording, the unit may malfunction. If the remaining space on the USB Flash Drive is insufficient, you will not be able to record.
