    80g brown sugar, 80g butter, softened 1egg,lightly beaten, 180g all-purpose flour, sifted ½ teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, 100g mini chocolate chips

  • Recipe

  • 1. Mix brown sugar and softened butter. Gradually add egg and stir until light and fluffy.
    Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate chips and mix well.
    2. Drop the dough about 18g each, press the small dough ball to about 3mm thick.
    3. Place 18ea the cookies on the low rack with 2 sheets of aluminum foil on the metal tray.
    4. After cooking, remove from the SolarDOM™ and let them cool.
