    0.4kg ground beef with some fat(15%), ½ tsp ground cardamom, 1 tsp ground allspice, 1/2 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 8g chopped parsley, 1 hot green chillie peppers, 1 1/2 cloves garlic, 1/3 medium onion

  • Recipe

  • 1. Place the ground meat in a large bowl and add the spices.
    2. Run the parsley, chiles, garlic and onion together through a meat grinder or pulse them gently, adding one ingredient at a time, in a food processor, beginning with the parsley and ending with the onions.
    3. Combine with the ground meat.
    4. Roll into balls of 50g each and pierce each ball through with bamboo skewers and spread into long kebabs, about 3 inch or longer on the skewer.
    5. Place the skewers onto a high rack on the metal tray in the SolarDOM™. Choose the menu and weight, press start.
    6. When beep sounds, turn food over once. Press the start to continue cooking for the remaining time.
