  • Recipe

  • 1. Combine the ground meat, eggs, garlic onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, mint, and olive oil into a large bowl and mix the ingredients.
    2. Roll into balls of 50g each and pierce each ball through with bamboo skewers and spread into long kebabs, about 3 inch or longer on the skewer.
    3. Position the bamboo skewers in the SolarDOM™ onto a high rack on the metal tray.
    4. Choose the menu and weight, press start. When beep sounds, turn food over once.
    5. Press the start to continue cooking for the remaining time. After cooking, let cool kebabs before serving.
