  • Recipe

  • 1. Brush lamb chops with oil or melted butter, season as desired.
    2. Place lamb chops on the crisp tray on the high rack on the metal tray. Put into the SolarDOM™.
    3. When oven beeps, turn food over. After cooking, allow to rest covered with foil for 3 minutes.
    4. Use generated juice for gravy or sauce.
