  • Recipe

  • 1. Brush lamb with oil or melted butter, season as desired.
    2. Place beef on the low rack on the metal tray. Put into the SolarDOM™.
    3. When oven beeps, turn food over. After cooking, allow to rest covered with foil for 10 minutes.
    4. Use generated juice for gravy or sauce.
