  • Recipe

  • 1. Choose trout of 200 g weight each.
    2. Brush trout with oil or melted butter, season as desired.
    3. Place trout on the crisp tray on the high rack on the metal tray. Put into the SolarDOM™.
    4. When oven beeps, turn food over. After cooking, allow to rest covered with foil for 3 minutes.
    5. Use generated juice for gravy or sauce.
