How to Use LG ThinQ

1. Existing registration records vanishes after updates.
2. Registered product list has vanished after the update. And yet the air purifier I registered long time back is recovered? ??
3. the app updates I have to re add the products

→ When logged in with different account than the one that your products were registered, the list of registered products won’t be seen.
(Even when the ID is same, if the account used is different, the system perceives it as different user.)
▶ [Response]
→ When logged in with different account than the one that products were
registered initially, the list of registered products won’t be seen.
→ Try to log in with the account which your products were registered.
