If the wind feels cold without being lukewarm, then check if the remote controller is intended for the wall mounted type air conditioner.
Try this
When you select heating operation with the remote controller, check if the beeping sound is heard from the air conditioner.
If you cannot hear the signal sound, then it means that heating is not activated.
Check if the remote controller has a mode button.
If the remote controller has a heating or heater button, it is not intended for a wall mounted type air conditioner.
If you use the Mode button to select desired operation, then raise the target temperature to as high as 30°C(86°F).
If lukewarm wind comes out, then it means that the outdoor temperature is low and pre heating time might
take longer than usual.
Operate it for more than an hour.
If a correct type of remote controller is used for the wall mounted type air conditioner but cannot select
heating or if cold wind keeps coming during heating operation, then have it inspected by a service manager.
