If there is no hot wind from the product
1. If the target temperature is set lower than or equal to the current indoor temperature, then the product
concludes that the user is satisfied with the current indoor temperature and thus it stops heating and
operation of the indoor unit.
This is not a malfunction of the product, take the following actions to check that warm wind comes out.
2. Check the [Target Temperature] displayed on the remote controller.
3. Press the [Indoor Temperature] button on the remote controller to check the current indoor temperature.
4. If the confirmed indoor temperature is higher than or equal to the target temperature, then press the [Temp Control] button on the remote controller to set the target temperature higher than the indoor temperature.
5. After the temperature adjustment, as heating operation begins, if the target temperature is reached, then
the product concludes that the goal is achieved and it will stop heating and operation of the indoor
unit.
Raise the target temperature until you reach the desired temperature you feel.
In case that the target temperature is higher than the indoor temperature but the product does not generate warm wind
1. Heating operation is achieved by comparing the indoor temperature of the space where the product is
installed with the target temperature inputted by the user, thus heating is enabled if the target
temperature is higher than the actual indoor temperature.
The indoor temperature is detected by the sensor inserted into the product, thus even in the same space, due
to the characteristics of air, the temperature can vary little bit.
Therefore, there can be some difference between the indoor temperature displayed on the remote controller
and the indoor temperature detected by the actual product.
2. If the indoor temperature detected by the product is higher than the indoor temperature displayed on the
remote controller, then the product concludes that the target temperature is reached, thus topping heating
and operation of the indoor unit.
This is not a malfunction of the product, take the following actions to check that warm wind comes out.
3. Using the [Temp Control] button on the remote controller, set the target temperature to 30°C(86°F).
4. After adjusting the target temperature, you can see that warm wind will come out in 4 minutes.
5. Once you checked that warm wind comes out, then raise the target temperature slightly until reaching the desired temperature you feel.
