What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've had my range for two months and am very happy with it. It's been performing really well and I love the substantial look of it, especially the brilliant blue oven interior (just makes me happy to open the oven door and look inside.) The drawer beneath the oven is an actual drawer. It does not wobble or fall of its track (and is not meant to be used as a warming drawer.) No problem, there is a warming zone between the two small burners at the back of the stove top. The two large burners at the front of the stove top both have adjustable heating elements for medium to large sized pans. I looked for a range with hand-controlled dials that I could use to turn on and turn off the oven and burners -- they're hard to find these days (back story, the oven controls on my previous range -- not an LG -- were all electronic. When the electronics failed the broiler turned on and could not be shut off, which could easily have burned the house down. I could only shut it off by cutting the power at the switch box. So getting hand-controlled dials was of absolute importance.) The oven can be used as a standard oven or convection oven. Just be aware that the temperature settings for the convection oven are rigged to mimic what they think you want for a recipe designed for a regular oven. So, for example, if you set if for 350°, the oven will heat up to a lower temperature. You might have to play with it and use an oven thermometer to get to the temperature you actually want. I'm not a precise cook so it hasn't yet been a problem for me, but I know this will bother some people. I'm happy with everything about this range so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for basic use, technology isn't there I got the oven last week, and overall, I do like the product. It heats quickly and is really pretty. It has the SmartThinq technology and originally, I thought this meant that I could preheat my oven from my phone.. not so much the case. You have to set the oven to recognize the phone, then set the temp and time from your phone, then tap your phone on the oven display. If I'm right in front of the oven, then why should I use my phone to turn it on? It doesn't make much sense. Also, the ceramic type burners are very difficult to clean. After using the simmer 1 time, the ceramic is burnt and I can't get it to come clean. Considering the oven was as expensive as it was, you think there would be an easier way to keep it looking new. The material could have been better to keep the stovetop looking clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Full featured range that delivers as promised! This is the first range we've owned with a convection oven and an ultra heat power burner. Those two features have made an already great range even better, since the convection fan is large enough to function extremely well in the 6.3 cubic foot oven. It's huge! We cooked biscuits for the first time in it, and they came out just like in a gourmet restaurant. The oven is large enough to bake an entire meal at once! The features are superb, and we are enjoying using the range everyday. We couldn't be more pleased if we had spent twice the money on a different brand!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best oven we've ever owned We've owned this oven for 3 years and have never had a problem with it. It cooks anything we put in it very hot spots...Everyone comments on the cool purple/blue color of the oven cavity!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money. I bought this stove 6 mos. ago. It is unimaginable to me that a manufacturer would produce a stove without self cleaning. I thought Easy Clean meant self cleaning. The Easy Clean doesn't do anything, certainly no baked on food. Now my oven is a mess and the manual is saying do not use corrosive cleaners. This is totally unacceptable and I will weigh other options before purchasing other appliances. Also, the top is impossible to keep clean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I’m still learning about all the great features. Trying the convection, it’s easy to use. I love my new range and getting many. Compliments

Hello, it can be behind the drawer on the left side. To see, open the drawer. If not here, it will be located on the back of the control panel on the right side. ^AC

Just got this oven today and like it. I lack convection experience though. The installer told me to run oven at 350 for an hour. The fan seems to be running as if it is conv mode? It is clearly in reg bake mode.Shouldn`t there be moments of silence?

Asked by: Dave in NC
The oven fan runs while convection baking. The fan stops when the door is open. In some cases, the fan may shut off during a convection bake cycle. ^CP

My oven the LSE4613 ST does not have a pizza setting.  We keep trying to make our frozen pizzas and the crust never gets done.  We put in on the 4th row, no baking sheet.  The top gets done quickly and the bottom isn’t done.  Also my pie crust burns.

Asked by: Donnajean

Electric Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSE4613ST and apologize for any inconveniences. Regrettably, this model does not have a Pizza mode on it...^IFV

Can this stove be hardwired or does it need a plug?

Asked by: Frost77
This appliance must be installed and grounded on a branch circuit by a qualified technician in accordance with the National Electrical code ANSI/NFPA NO. 70 - latest edition. All wiring should conform to Local and NEC codes. This range requires a single-phase, 3 wire, A.C 120/208 V or 120/240 V 60 Hz electrical system. Use only a 3-conductor or a 4-conductor UL- listed range cord with closed-loop terminals, open-end spade lugs with upturned ends or similar termination. Do not install the power cord without a strain relief. A range cord rated at 40 amps with 120/240 minimum volt range is required. If a 50 amp range cord is used, it should be marked for use with 13/8" diameter connection openings. This appliance may be connected by means of a conduit or power cord. ^CP
