Think baking will interrupt TV time? Think Again.
With the LG SmartThinQ® app, you can control your smart oven from anywhere so you don’t have to get up to check how much time is remaining. You can also start preheating and turn the oven on or off from your smartphone, or with voice commands – it even works with the Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, SideChef and Innit.
LG ProBake Convection® delivers even baking results on every rack, every time*. Inspired by pro-style ranges, this new LG range moved the heating element from the bottom of the oven to the back wall for optimal heat distribution.
Induction elements offer speed heating, precision and responsiveness for super-fast water boils and outstanding, scorch-free simmering. Plus LG's exclusive red LED Bar Design displays power level settings, by each cooking element, for convenient monitoring.
When you’re craving the thrill of the grill but Mother Nature has other ideas, you can still achieve that characteristic seared flavor with LG’s Infrared Heating™ system. The infrared heating™ element locks in juices while cutting up to 20% off of your cooking time*—with no preheating required.
A clean oven in minutes, not hours
Not enough time to clean your oven? No worries. LG brings you the new generation of oven cleaning with EasyClean®. LG ranges provide a quick and convenient way to clean your oven, while still being able to use the conventional self-clean method. Thanks to LG's innovative enamel technology, EasyClean® works in three simple steps.

Very disappointedUnfortunately product failed shortly after purchase and LG is still trying to repair range top issue. I am still waiting for the technician to come back and he told me he is the only person specialized in convention ovens. In addition, I am dealing with discoloration of the metal, right on top of the front electronic display and also the oven chips all over inside. It chipped after few months we starting using it and it continues to deteriorate inside. Not even one time we could get a well done pizza. Convention or regular bake, nothing worked to get out a decent crust of our pizzas. We gave up to baking pizza in this oven and this isn't correct. To conclude, price versus quality is nowhere to be valued, no value at all. Currently, these are even more expensive on the market, way more than we bought it last April (2020).
I don't recommend paying for it unless they improve quality.

Great, what works...Two induction burners stopped working the end of Oct. After 5 repair visits, replacing all the parts, LG has gone radio silent. I have a code for a return, but cannot get anyone to call me, email me or text me back. For 3 months, my brand new range that I bought in August has not worked properly!

I just bought the LG 6.3CuFt INDUCTION Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection in Stainless Steel and want to install in an island. The back is not finished so will will not look good in an island. Is there a trim kit available?
Asked by: Slide in island
Regrettably, there is no trim kit available for the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Induction Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSE4617ST that will cover the back. Unfortunately, that is the difference between a Slide-In range and a Freestanding Range. A Slide-in range is designed to "slide-in" between standard base kitchen cabinets that have a minimum opening width of 30" and it does not have finished sides making it unsuitable for installation in islands or as a corner unit...^IFV

Can this range be installed at the end of the counter like a freestanding range or does it have to be slid inbetween counters?
Asked by: acd613
Hi acd613. As the name suggests, the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Induction Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSE4617ST is designed to physically slide into cabinetry while a freestanding range can stand on its own. Since the Slide-in range is designed specifically to slide into cabinetry, it does not have finished sides which means it cannot be placed at the end of your cabinets while freestanding ranges sit on their own and have finished sides allowing for more flexibility since you can place the oven either in the cabinets or at the end and sits completely on its own...^IFV

The Model LSE4617ST is described as a SLIDE-IN range. I want to install this in an island with a granite countertop. I need to know if it will conceal the edges of my granite countertops at the sides and is the backside of the rear vent look finished?
Asked by: kippie07
Hello Kippie07. The LG 6.3 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Induction Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSE4617ST is described as a slide-in range because it is designed to slide in or be built-in between two cabinets that have a minimum opening width of 30" between them. The range oven has an overall width of 29 7/8" which means it will not overlap your granite top counter. Its depth lines up with standard kitchen countertops with a zero clearance in the back so you have a streamlined custom appearance when you slide the range in between the cabinets...^IFV

Is there any way to remove the promotional decals on the front of the control panel, under the range knobs on the right? They are cheesy and totally ruin the design of the unit.
Asked by: TxNyCa
Hi and thank you for reaching out. The 10 Year Warranty decal is not intended to be removed and can cause damage if done. If you choose to remove it, the damage to the unit will not be covered by the manufacture. ^AC

What is the lowest temperature the oven can be set?
Asked by: Pandaisuki
The oven in the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Induction Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSE4617ST has a default temperature of 350 °F (*325 °F) for the convection modes and can be set from 300 °F / 150 °C to 550 °F / 285 °C for the Convection Bake and Convection Roast. It has a default temperature of 350 °F for the Bake mode and can be set from 170 °F / 80 °C to 550 °F / 285 °C for that mode. The convection modes use Auto Conversion which automatically converts a standard recipe temperature entered into the convection temperature by subtracting 25 °F / 14 °C. This auto-converted temperature shows on the display. For example, if you select Conv. Bake and enter 350 °F, 325 °F shows on the display after preheating...^IFV

Does this have an artificial flame to visually see how high the burner is turned?
Asked by: hsanchez
The LG 6.3 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Induction Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSE4617ST does not have an artificial flame that allows you to visualize how high the elements are turned. The elements have settings on them, BOOST (Used to heat a large amount of food or to bring large pans of water to a boil), 8-Hi (Bring liquid to a boil/Start most cooking), MED-* )Holed a rapid boil, fry, deep fat fry/Quickly brown or sear food/Steaks, cutlets, grilled meat), 3-MED (Maintain a slow boil/Fry or sauté foods/Cook soups, sauces and gravies/Eggs, pancakes), SIMMER-3 (Stew or steam foods/Simmer), and Lo-SIMMER (Keep food warm/Melt chocolate or butter/Simmer). The cooking zones, which consist of paired cooking elements are restricted to drawing a certain maximum amount of power. If you cause a cooking zone to exceed its maximum allowed power by switching on the Boost function, the Power Management function automatically reduces the power setting of the two elements in the cooking zone to reduce the power draw...^IFV
