I ordered a set of appliances from LG to include an oven/microwave combo, once installed, we tried the microwave and it makes a loud rattling noise. I called customer service and got zero assistance. Hung up on twice tried the chat, every time the person I was chatting with would close the chat.

not what i expected from LG
disaster from the beginning / item did not work when installed / had two different electric companies check the installation / all was fine the item was defective and did not work / no satisfaction from LG or its representative / retail store replaced LG PRODUCT with another brand that is working great / process took about two months or more / sales lady went above and beyond to make sure my wife and i were satisfied / has all my future business / not LG

Hello - Can you explain how to remove the gliding rack? I can lift it at the front and it wiggles a little, but it will not pull out of the oven. It's also scratching the porcelain walls. There must be a trick to this. Thank you.
Hi, thanks for reaching out. Please see below for the steps on how to remove the racks for the LG 1.7/4.7 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Combination Double Wall Oven, Model #LWC3063ST
The racks have a turned-up back edge that prevents them from being pulled out of the oven cavity.
Removing Racks:
1 Pull the rack straight out until it stops.
2 Lift up the front of the rack and pull it out.

Should there be a piece for the bottom of oven to make it more finished in the cabinet?
The LG 30 in. Electric Convection and EasyClean® Wall Oven with Built-In Microwave in Stainless Steel, Model # LWC3063ST comes with a metal bottom trim for the oven that is wrapped separately and taped to the top of the unit. It has to be installed at the end of the installation process. ^Nikki

I'm not understanding how the infrared function works in the LWC3063ST. Is infrared cooking part of the upper oven, lower oven, or both? Is there an infrared cooking setting or is it automatically part of how the upper and/or lower ovens work? Thanks

How on earth do you remove the gliding rack to bake anything?? Ours came screwed to the sides so it seems impossible to remove?
If the Gliding Rack in the LG 1.7/4.7 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Combination Double Wall Oven, Model # LWC3063ST is screwed to the sides, simply remove the screws so you can easily slide the gliding rack in and out. The screws are to keep the gliding rack from moving during transportation and prevent it from damaging the oven...^Ivan

The existing cutout depth of my cabinet is 24”. LWC3063ST minimum cutout is 23 1/2”, leaving a 1/2” of space between the wall and back panel of the oven. Will the 1/2” gap enough to install the oven without violating any building code? I live in CA..

Does this model have an air fryer option? If not - how can it be used like an air fryer, ie fast cook with minimal oil used
The LG 1.7/4.7 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Combination Double Wall Oven, Model # LWC3063ST does not have an Air Fryfunction. The Air Fry function automatically increases the entered temperature by 60 °F for optimal performance when using Air Fry. The function is specially designed for oil-free frying and no preheating is required when using Air Fry mode. You could try using the Convection Roast mode on the LWC3063ST but we cannot guarantee the results...^Ivan
