I have a newly installed dryer vent that I know is not clogged however my dryer will run for about 10 minutes and then turn itself off and flash error code "d90" indicating the flow sense. Is there a way I can turn off the flow sense since I know my dryer is properly vented and it seems the machine is a little touchy? Sometimes it will completely dry clothes and other times I have to restart it every 10 minutes. I would rather manually check this than have my dryer shutting off every few minutes when I have wet clothes in it.
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this dryer. Unfortunately, there is no method available for deactivating the Flow Sense function. It is recommended to check the LINT FILTER and the full vent duct, as well as the external vent, to determine if there might be some other clog. If not, then the unit will likely require service.
