Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it customer service sucks Poor quality and product lasts months. The cheaper versions are better then the more expensive. Customer service is horrible and repair cost more then a new device.

Hello- just bought the LG Tone Platinum (HBS-1125) and cannot find any information on it on the LG website. Is the base adjustable? Too much treble on music.

Your owner's manual for the LG TONE Platinum SE™ Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-1125 does not have instructions for adjusting the bass or the treble from the headset, meaning that you will need to adjust the treble and bass on the device that is paired with the headset that you are streaming music from. The headset does not have settings for adjusting the treble or the bass...^Ivan

Does the HBS-1120 (or any other LG around the neck headsets, for that matter) support audio through the USB port, which is required to use a headset with airplane audio? If so, do any LG headsets come with the appropriate USB to 1/8th inch plug adaptor?

Neither the LG TONE Platinum SE™ Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-1120 nor any of our other LG Tone Series Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Headsets have a USB port. As the title suggests, they are all 'Wireless Stereo Headsets'. You can use Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headsets on an airplane. The official global rule is that you cannot use any wifi or Bluetooth devices that are larger than a smartphone, and cannot function on 'flight mode', while flying. Short-range Bluetooth devices like headphones and keyboards are okay during the flight. Bluetooth headphones are allowed, but not during the takeoff and landing...^IFV

whats the distance range from headset to phone

I am at the pool. I walk 20 ft. And disconnected. The older headset was so much better. The google voice feature is gimicky... Not impressed with range or Google. Will be changing.

What languages are supported with the translation? If they can't translate Czech then I don't want to purchase them as they would be useless for me

Hello can someone explain to me why all of a sudden one side of my ear buds no sound is coming out, this is the second LG ear piece I bought in 18 months and it is the same thing. Can it be fixed. Never buying a LG ear piece ever again.

Have you removed the gel eartips and checked for earwax buildup that could be blocking the sound? I've had that problem. I use a soft bristle toothbrush and GENTLY brush the gunk out, taking great care to not let the bristles penetrate too deeply into the earbud. Check the tips for cleanliness too.
