What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fine for the short time it worked Got this for Christmas for when my beloved HBS-750 died or was lost. Started using it a month ago and now the right earpiece has very low volume compared to the left. Very sad that this failed after one month of use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too flimsy and big I bought these as a replacement for my LG Tone Actives I had from 2018 that recently started to fall apart at the neck. Flex sounded like the perfect option. NO. These headphones are HUGE and feel so cheap and light. Have to hold the headphones while pulling the earbuds out or the headset will fall off. Not worth the hassle. Returned. Off to find a better replacement for my beloved LG Tone Actives.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have owned LG Tone headsets for about 8years now and have been though a few models. I have been most disappointed in this purchase. The sound quality is good. Noise cancelling is improved. It is more comfortable to wear. Earbud retraction is best so far. But, I am completely frustrated with the operation. Okay, I understand trying to minimize the controls, but I really miss the on/off switch. Mine has been powering down when I don't use it and then I am not sure if it is on or not. It takes too long to turn on now. I liked the idea of the dedicated Google Assistant button, but this function worked before. Now I am repeating myself with every command. I don't think I have had a successful use of the Google Assistant. Every time I use it the first press always leads to "Something went wrong" and I have to repeat the command. What is going on? And the latest issue that prompted me to write a review, which I never do, is it has started randomly disconnecting from my phone. Not fully disconnecting, just drops off and I have to power down and reconnect. Please tell me you are reverting back to old trusted functionality. I love the headsets that hang around you neck, so much more convenient, and LG has been making the best version until the HBS-XL7.
