I am trying to find LG Short Throw Projectors in nearby stores like Best Buy, but I don't see it selling anywhere. I see it's only available Online. Any reason why?

Asked by: Anonymous
Retailers and online sites decide which of our products they want to sell in their stores. If the LG CineBeam Ultra Short Throw LED Home Theater Projector with Digital TV Tuner, Model # HF65LA is not showing as a product they sell, that would mean they did not make a decision to sell it...^IFV

Does this unit support any 3D features?

Asked by: Jamesames85s
The older PF1000 model does have 3D support, and you can still find it for sale online. 3D content never took off at the consumer level though, so I would recommend not basing your purchasing decisions on 3D unless you have a particular need.

What is the input latency? In game mode?

Asked by: BillyMusic
Reviews online say about 55 milliseconds, which isn't great, but better than some TVs. Likely its OK for noncompetitive gaming.

What are the differences between the HF85LA model and the HF65LA model other than price?

Asked by: Rych
the Hf85 is brighter, and has a 'shorter' throw, so you can put the device significantly closer to the wall for a given picture size. The HF65 has a LED light source instead of the HF85's laser one, some viewers find the images from consumer *laser* projectors to be annoying, and rarely nauseating, because of the "rainbow effect" when you move your head. Others don't perceive the effect though. The HF65, which does not use lasers, will never have this problem. YMMV

HOW DO I CHANGE THE BULB?!?! I DON'T SEE ANYTHING ON THIS ANYWHERE! ALSO, WHAT BULB DOES IT USE???!!!!!

Asked by: DCJR2
This product doesn't have a "bulb". It instead uses LED lights which will last for 30,000 hours, likely longer than the lifetime of the device.
