Can this unit be mounted on the ceiling and the projection be reversed upside down?

Asked by: Joejack
At CES 2019, when LG unveiled and showcased the LG Ultra Short Throw 4K UHD Laser Smart Home Theater CineBeam Projector, Model # HU85LA, we mentioned that this projector could be mounted on any flat surface, including on the ceiling. Regrettably, other than what was highlighted at CES, we currently do not have full specifications on the projector to verify if the image can be reversed while the projector is upside down. If it similar in design to its predecessor, the HU80KA, the projection cannot be reversed. However, that is something that we will be able to confirm when we have the full specifications. Thank you for your interest. Please stay tuned on our product page for further details...^IFV

Please include 3D, it’s a must for many home cinema enthusiasts.

i don't know of anyone who either buys 3D screens anymore, or uses it if they have it (i have a few friends with 3D sets). seems the technology needs to really move forward before becoming essential at home. anyway, my only hope is that i can afford this! (to replace my PF1000UW)

I hope that this will include 3 lasers, Red Green Blue. I also hope it includes Bluetooth for adding additional wireless speakers. I'm ready to buy!

Thank you for your interest in the LG Ultra Short Throw 4K UHD Laser Smart Home Theater CineBeam Projector, Model # HU85LA. Regrettably, the preliminary specifications on our product page for the projector currently do not show full specifications for the monitor. That information should be available soon and as soon as it is available, we will update the product page to reflect the full specifications. During its unveiling at CES 2019, it was described as a dual laser unit that uses a blue and red laser and LG explained how it achieved the green to get that full RGB color palette. Details about Bluetooth or how it will be employed on the projector were not revealed and we currently do not have that information available...^IFV

Will this do 150" from farther away or is 100" the max recommended size?
