From day one, we’ve had issues with the movies freezing at random moments. I thought I lost the receipt, and had thrown away the box. The company is currently helping me try and troubleshoot it. And I did end up finding the receipt. Hopefully, we can get it figured out, or replaced.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Picture was great for the time it worked. I bought this 4K 2 months ago and it just stopped. I have sent it in a week ago to have it fixed and have not heard one work if it was received.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stopped working after 5 uses We seldom watch DVDs... Mostly we stream video. So I was surprised when our nearly unused LG BluRay player simply refused to work after five uses. It has been sent off for repair, but I have not heard anything back yet.
