Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatest High spec'd Laptop Ever I bought this laptop a few weeks ago and didn't need any more time to write my review. I also have last years model of the LG Gram 17" (ie 17Z90N-R.AAS9U1Z). I only purchased this one because I wanted the higher specs. I LOVE this laptop and the higher specs; With 32 GB memory, 2TB SSD, 11th Gen i7 with EVO, and a slew of other specs, this seems kind of future proof now. I really loved last years model but this one is even better. Some differences are: the screen is brighter, the sound is actually WAY better, it's louder now, and has a little more bass. I also love the instant on when opening the display. It's like using my cell phone. For an I7 Core processor, the cooling design is a lot better than HP, Dell and the others; it barely gets hot (but maybe just a little when under the high processing loads I put on it) and the fan is virtually silent. The battery still last a long time but last years model seems to last longer (that might probably be the 1.3 Ghz CPU versus 2.8Ghz CPU) and I always keep my brightness at the highest (or near highest) setting. I love how sturdy it feels being it's so light and feels more so than last years model, LG must have beefed it up somehow. Aside from the battery not lasting quite the claimed 19 hours (as no ones ever really does, with brightness all the up). This truly is an amazing and lightning fast computer. This laptop (and last years too) really are the best laptops I've ever owned and I have no regrets.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome power This 17Z90P-K.ADB9U1 is my 3rd LG Gram laptop I've owned, and I've loved all 3 of them. The insane light weight is an immediate conversation starter when you hand it to somebody. This one here has awesome power compared to my previous 17" gram. The 32GB of quad-channel DDR4 is what really sold me on this one, plus the i7 CPU. I'm a programmer and this laptop handles everything I need with ease. The only con I have against it is that the 'PageUp', 'PageDown', 'Home', and 'End' keys are now at the top of the keyboard where previous models used to be Function keys on 'UpArrow', 'DownArrow', 'LeftArrow', and 'DownArrow', respectively. I've looked in the laptop's UEFI firmware, and LG's control programs for any kind of option to perhaps re-map the functions of the keys but came up with nothing. I even sent a few questions into LG and the people who responded thought I was trying to physically pop out the keys and move them, which is comical. A certain other maker of laptops allows you to swap the function of "Fn" and "Ctrl" in the BIOS since they decided to physically put Fn to the left of Ctrl... that's the sort of remedy I was hoping for. I'd even pay extra money if I could to put these keys back. I code all day and constantly use Home and End to move the cursor and it's pretty annoying to navigate quickly. Overall though I still do really love this laptop. I have, and still do recommend LG Gram to all my fruit-laptop loving friends and co workers.
