LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., Oct. 7, 2026 — Commercial display solutions leader LG Electronics USA welcomed customers, integrators and technology partners to its Chicago Business Innovation Center Showroom (BIC) for the third annual “LG TechTober Fest.” The 2026 event combined commercial display demonstrations, technical training and partner discussions focused on how connected technologies can address customer needs across a wide range of business environments.

“At TechTober Fest, we bring LG’s commercial portfolio and partner technologies into one place so customers and integrators can experience how they work together in real-world settings,” said Damaris Toma, Head of B2B Experiential Marketing at LG Electronics USA. “It’s a day built around demonstrations, hands-on training and collaboration, with the showroom serving as a hands-on environment for exploring connected commercial solutions.”

Bringing Connected Commercial Experiences to Life

Throughout the day, TechTober Fest turned the BIC into a lively showcase for LG’s commercial display ecosystem. Attendees explored a showroom of LG technologies and partner demonstrations featuring video and meeting room solutions, digital signage software and other technology.

The event created a hands-on environment where customers and integrators could see how LG’s connected solutions come together in real-world commercial settings, ask questions and discuss the practical demands of their own projects. It also highlighted the breadth of LG’s commercial portfolio, from transportation hubs and retail to healthcare, corporate workplaces and quick-service restaurants.

Training and Partner Sessions Connect Innovation with Deployment

Beyond the showroom, attendees took part in hands-on training and partner sessions focused on bringing advanced display technology into real-world environments.

Developed specifically for TechTober Fest, LG introduced a new CTS-certified training course focused on LG’s MAGNIT Gen 2 LED platform family, including the LMPA/LMPB, LMPD and LSAP series. Through hands-on interaction and deployment guidance, attendees got a closer look at design features, system architecture and controller workflows. The course will also be available online through LG’s Training Academy learning management system, extending access to these learning opportunities beyond the event.

Partner sessions featured innovative products and how they work with LG displays to simplify installation, integration and ongoing support. Sessions with Peerless-AV and NovaStar, for example, highlighted how their collaborations with LG help address real-world challenges across the display lifecycle, from mounting and installation to control and long-term maintenance.

Additional sessions highlighted how connected platforms can simplify operations and support more consistent experiences after installation. Case in point: OneRevel discussed ways to reduce fragmentation across commercial displays, content and control systems. Userful demonstrated how unified video, data and communications can support situational awareness in real-world case studies, while Q-SYS extended that focus to workplace collaboration with integrated room solutions designed for consistency and scalability.

LG also plans to share additional virtual content on the TechTober Fest event landing page, extending opportunities to explore the technologies and insights featured at the event to those who could not attend.
