LG Sound Suite Bundle Offer Terms and Conditions

The following offer is intended only for legal residents of the United States of America including legal residents of the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (each a "Territory" and together the "Territories") aged 18 or older ("Participant") and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States of America. Do not proceed with this promotion if you are not a legal resident of one of the aforementioned Territories. By participating in the "LG Audio Bundle Preorder Gift with Purchase" ("Promotion"), Participants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Promotion Terms"), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Whether a Participant receives a Reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:

LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc. ("LG" or "Sponsor") is offering a limited time promotional offer for the pre-order and purchase of a new qualifying LG Audio Bundle listed below at Table 1 ("Qualifying Product") purchased online from LG.com only (the "Participating Retailer").

Subject to these Promotion Terms, all purchases of Qualifying Products must be made in the period beginning January 6th, 2026 (00:01 - local time) until January 18th, 2026 (23:59 - local time) (the applicable "Promotional Period"). For the avoidance of doubt, the purchase date shall be determined using the date printed on paid invoice or receipt only.

This Promotion is only available while supplies of Qualifying Product last.

LG has the sole discretion to modify the Qualifying Products or the Participating Retailer without notice, with future effect.

Following purchase of a Qualifying Product, Participants who complete a valid Claim (as defined in the Submission Process below) shall be eligible to receive a prepaid 'Apple' Gift Card, paid via digital code with a value dependent on the specific Qualifying Product purchased in accordance with Table 1 below ("Reward"). For the avoidance of doubt, the Participant may use the supplied Reward in accordance with the applicable external terms as referenced below in these Promotion Terms ("External Terms").

Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim each under the Promotion, regardless of the quantity of Qualifying Products purchased. Households (i.e., a group of individuals with the same address) are limited to a maximum of one (1) Claim in total within the household, subject to each Claim using a unique purchased Qualifying Product.

Providing the Online Submission is valid and made in accordance with these Promotion Terms, the Reward shall be supplied to Participants in the form of digital Apple Gift Card sent by electronic mail to the email address provided during Claim submission following successful validation of the Participant's Claim.

SUBMISSION PROCESS:

Online Submission: Following pre-order and purchase of a Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period and in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants must visit https://lg-promos.com/audio and provide the information and proof of purchase requested including but not limited to: full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, Qualifying Product purchase details, along with a legible copy of the proof of purchase of the applicable Qualifying Product (a "Claim").

Claims must be completed and submitted between January 19th and February 17th 2026 ("Redemption Period").

Omission of the sales receipt, other proof of purchase or any further requested information (e.g. serial numbers) may delay or stop the processing of the Participant's Claim and may result in the Participant being ineligible to receive a Reward if the Participant does not follow the directions or if the omission is not rectified within the Redemption Period. For the purposes of the Redemption Period, day one (1) shall be considered the date of purchase as stated on the relevant receipt or invoice used as the proof of purchase.

If Participants receive an e-mail stating that the Claim is incomplete or is missing information, they may provide such information by following the directions in such email received. Any missing information must be provided within seven (7) days of the date of delivery of such e-mail, or such Claim shall be considered rejected and no Reward will be due to the Participant.

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS:

This Promotion applies only to new Qualifying Products listed in Table 1 above that are purchased during the applicable Promotional Period solely from LG.com (Participating Retailer)in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of this Promotion, Qualifying Product refers to those listed in Table 1 that are in a new, in-box condition only. Online purchases from internet auction sites or purchases of open box items, refurbished or reconditioned models, and/or display units are not eligible under this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt this also excludes purchases from eBay, Amazon Marketplace, any other similar third-party marketplace or any other source other than LG.com.

Participants in the Promotion must be individuals (i.e. not a business, a group, an organization, or any other party purchasing the Qualifying Product not for their own personal use), aged 18 or older and have a valid email address to receive the Reward. No business, group or organization Claims will be honored.

Employees, directors, and officers of Sponsor or Administrator, and any of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, representatives, licensees, successors and assigns, and advertising and promotion agencies, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Promotion (collectively "Sponsor Entities"), and their immediate families (parents, children or siblings, whether or not the individual lives in the same household) and members of households (whether related or not) of each of the foregoing are ineligible to enter.

Purchased Qualifying Products used to submit a Claim must not be returned or else any provided Reward will be subject to forfeiture. Duplicate submissions of Claims using the same Qualifying Products or otherwise duplicated proof of purchase(s) will not be accepted and all associated Claims shall be deemed void. This Promotion is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. This Promotion is not valid on free, giveaway, or other complimentary promotional merchandise, even where such merchandise would otherwise be considered a Qualifying Product.

Providing that the Claim is valid, Participants will receive their Reward within 45 days of such Claim being validated. The supplied Reward must be activated by December 31, 2027, after which date it may be forfeited. Sponsor and/or the Administrator are not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, misused, or misdirected Reward.

The use and redemption of the Apple Gift Card shall not be the responsibility of the Sponsor and will be governed by the applicable third party terms, as available on the Apple website from time to time.

Failure to properly submit all required information/documentation will result in Claims being rejected. Participants will be notified by email if their Claim has been rejected stating the reason for the rejection and outlining next steps. Illegible, altered, or mechanically reproduced proofs of purchase are not eligible and shall not be accepted as part of a Claim. All Claims become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Claim attempts by the same individual to enter using multiple email addresses, ID numbers, or otherwise, may result in the individual and associated Claims being disqualified from the Promotion and possibly future promotions. Claims will be deemed invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or garbled. Mass Claims, or Claims that are generated by a script, macro, mechanically or electronically reproduced, automated or from a promotion entry service or automated device, or tampered with in any way, will be disqualified and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Decisions regarding eligibility to take part in this Promotion and receive a Reward in situations of combined offers are to be made in LG's sole discretion, whose decision is final and binding.

Any additional expense incurred in connection with receipt or use of any Claim is the responsibility of the claiming Participant. All federal, state and local taxes and duties are the responsibility of claiming Participant. Claim may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute an alternate component of equal or greater value due to lack of availability.

PRIVACY POLICY:

LG's Privacy Policy is incorporated herein and available at http://www.lg.com/us/privacy. Participant's entry into the Promotion constitutes consent to the Privacy Policy, these Promotion Terms and to receipt of email, phone calls, postal mail and other communications about the Promotion.

MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM:

Sponsor reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein at any time, including, but not limited to, the duration of Promotional Period.

LG reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor's control have destroyed or severely undermined, or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein.

The Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any Participant who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Promotion in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or in violation of any federal, state or local laws, statutes or ordinances. In addition, Sponsor shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution or report to the relevant law enforcement authorities, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Promotion or utilized by the Participant, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network, cellular network, or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the Website or any related online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, mutilated, stolen, misdirected or postage-due requests or mail, computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL LG, AND ITS RELATED COMPANIES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSEES, SHAREHOLDERS, JOINT-VENTURERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PROMOTION AGENCIES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, PARTICIPATING RETAILERS, ASSIGNS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM, RELATED TO, SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION OR REWARD, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REGISTERING, ENTERING, OR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE REWARD, EVEN IF ANY OR ALL OF THE FOREGOING OR ANY OF THEIR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM OR ACTION RELATED TO THE PROMOTION IN ANY FORUM BEYOND ONE YEAR AFTER THE FIRST OCCURRENCE OF THE KIND OF ACT, EVENT, CONDITION OR OMISSION UPON WHICH THE CLAIM OR ACTION IS BASED.

By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree (a) that the decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion; (b) that Sponsor or Administrator has no liability or responsibility for and are hereby released from any liability or responsibility for any claims, demands, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from, related to, or sustained in connection with the Promotion or Rewards; and (c) to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from or related to the Promotion or Rewards.

THIS PROMOTION AND THE REWARDS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AND ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED.

Each Participant expressly waives California Civil Code § 1542, or any other statue of similar import or effect, that otherwise may exclude unknown claims from this release, as follows: I acknowledge that I am familiar with the provisions of California Civil Code § 1542, which provides as follows: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."

I, being aware of said code section, hereby expressly waive any rights I may have thereunder, as well as any other statue or common law principles of similar effect.

As a condition of participating in this Promotion, each Participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, controversies and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, (or any Reward obtained through the Promotion) including all statutory claims and any state or federal claims, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or other civil suit and exclusively by arbitration under the International Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration will take place in Bergen County, New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any Participant be permitted to seek recovery for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to maintain other available resolution processes, such as a court action or administrative proceeding, to settle any dispute by seeking relief outside of arbitration or to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

These Promotion Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participants and Sponsor pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or other arrangements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof (whether or not similar), nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Promotion Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Promotion Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of Promotion Terms, or the rights and obligations of Participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey. LG reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its discretion and without notice. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
