To claim the promotional LG ThinQ^® 3-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, consumers must connect and register their eligible product(s) through the LG ThinQ^® app within sixty (60) days from purchase date. Claim instructions are provided below.

Claim Process for LG ThinQ^® Limited Warranty Promotion:
1) Purchase an eligible product during the Program Period.
2) Download the LG ThinQ^® app and create an account.
3) Connect the product to Wi-Fi.
4) After completing the device connection on the LG ThinQ^® app, tap the “Redeem Now” button on the pop-up.
5) Enter the required purchase information (e.g. purchase date, purchase location) for product registration and upload an eligible copy of the proof of purchase.
6) The full claim process must be completed within sixty (60) days from the purchase date.
7) Once validated, it may take up to fourteen (14) days for the registered product’s warranty information to reflect three (3) years in the LG ThinQ^® app
