Great Features! Great Ice Maker!!!
I bought this refrigerator about a month ago because I was looking for a refrigerator that had a great ice maker as well as had plenty of room for food storage. I absolutely love this This Lg Refrigerator makes plenty of ice. I love the ice maker in the door so that it takes up less room in the refrigerator itself. The filter is in a great place so it can be easily changed, The freezer storage is also great and easy to access. I am so pleased that I made the switch to Lg from another brand.

Definitely can have some improvement
I brought this refrigerator at the end of Feb and delivered on March 06. People who delivered the refrigerator are great.
The water and ice making noise is loud. I wish it is much quieter.

Great Size for a Counter Depth
We love the refrigerator so far. The size is much roomier than initially thought. We are a little disappointed with the condiment trays on the doors, but have learned to rearrange and all is good now. The black stainless finish is beautiful. We have had a few issues and LG has been responsive to address these. The freezer draw is not closing properly but should be an easy fix. The water filter needs to be replaced because the vendor that installed the water line used the wrong type of line. So we will see how the water tastes after the new filter arrives. The only complaint - it would be nice if the water/ice face was back-lit so my husband could see the various options.

Is there a way to pour a small amount of water into the reservoir of the ice-maker/water dispenser by hand instead of from a water line? I'm thinking of buying an LFXC22526D refrigerator, but will not be able to connect it to a water line.

What is the true depth of this refrigerator installed with water and power hook up?
A water line is not included with the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 22 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator, Model # LFXC22526S, and the recommended installation clearance for the back that is listed in the refrigerator's specifications is 2". To determine how much copper or PEX tubing with a 1/4" outer diameter you need for the waterline, you will need to measure the distance from the water valve on the back of the refrigerator to the water supply pipe, then, add 8 feet (2.4 m). Be sure there is sufficient extra tubing (about 8 feet [2.4 m] coiled into 3 turns of about 10 in. [25 cm] diameter) to allow the refrigerator to move out from the wall after installation...^Ivan
