Still broken and LG refuses to replace
Absolutely appalled at the defective quality of this LG Signature refrigerator. After 4 compressor replacements within the first few months, it is still completely broken, and LG refuses to replace even though it’s under Warranty. Why won’t LG stand behind it’s “luxury” products ?! I have never experienced such poor quality with no responsibility nor solution being provided, ESPECIALLY for this expensive of a product!

Probably the best refrigerator you can buy!
I ordered this after our refrigerator stopped working but it was during the product shortage and had to wait a whole month to receive it! I could have bought different refrigerators that were readily available but there is no substitute for excellence! Our son bought the same model few years ago and he assured us it was the best refrigerator ever. He is a techie perfectionist and we trust his opinion on tech stuff! We are pretty low tech and still learning about this product but it's a joy to work with! The style is beautiful and makes great crushed ice (very quietly!) The compartment freezer is the best feature for us! No more buried and lost food in the freezer! It was worth the long wait and we are very pleased. We are short and reaching the back of top shelf is a bit difficult but that is a minor inconvenience. May it last a long time for us!

I purchased this product about a month ago and have had 2 service calls due to leakage. Am waiting for next failure to occur.

This fridge has no handles and it uses voice technology instead. I am a sabbath observer and will use the mode available every week and jewish holiday. Once in this mode, how will the door open? Do I order handles? Hidden-where?Explain/ Clarify
Selecting Sabbath mode for the LG SIGNATURE 31 cu. ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Refrigerator, Model #URNTS3106N automatically turns off the alarm, auto drawer, InstaView
door, and auto door opening functions.
Sabbath mode automatically turns off after 96 hours.
• To turn Sabbath mode off manually, press and hold the Wi-Fi and Freezer buttons for 3 seconds.
You can activates or deactivates the Sabbath mode and sets schedule for the mode activation through the LG ThinQ application. Before activating this mode, close the doors and drawers.
