Debris or water on the controller can cause button not to work properly.
To cancel the childlock, press and hold STOP/CLEAR until loc disappears on the display.

The thermistor is sensing error for convection model. Open and close the door two or three times again to retry.
Unplug unit about 10 seconds, then plug the unit back in and try to operate the unit again.
