Cannot find the LG TV Plus
app in the App Store

Make sure to type LG TV Plus into the search bar for Android devices, or LG TV remote-webos for iOS devices.

If the LG TV Plus
app is still not found, your mobile device may not be compatible.

Device will not pair
Make sure the TV is powered on.
Make sure both the TV and the mobile device are connected to the same Wifi network.

Make sure your TV's Model Number is listed in the LG TV Plus
app.
Wait at least 2 full minutes for the mobile device to find the TV.
Next, try to powercycle your router (unplug it and plug it back in).

Device paired but buttons won't respond
Try another app on your device, if nothing on your device responds to touch, it may be malfunctioning. Try to restart the device.

If other apps are working, uninstall then re-install the LG TV Plus
app.
