The price of the Flat-Rate Repair Program includes the following:

• Repair of the reported malfunction, at the time of booking, for a single eligible appliance, including any additional malfunction that could not be identified at the time of booking
• The costs of necessary labor and parts
• Flat-Rate Repair Service will come with a 90-day warranty guarantee from the date the appliance is repaired

The following are not covered by Flat-Rate Repair Program:

• Extensive damage to appliance caused by fire, flooding, improper gas, electrical, water connections, or insect/vermin infestation
• Repair or replacement of any damage caused to the appliance’s surrounding area or other personal items

• You may reschedule your appointment through live chat or by calling 1-888-376-6825

• If a cancellation is requested prior to a technician dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund.
• If a cancellation is requested after a technician dispatch, you will be refunded the price of the repair less the dispatch fee of $125 (inc. tax).

In the event the service technician deems that your unit cannot be repaired, you will be refunded the price of the repair less the dispatch fee of $125 (inc. tax). The service technician will send your file to LG for review on how we can further assist you.
