Great pic, only if you’re DIRECTLY in front of TV
Very good sound. Great picture, as long as you’re directly in from of the TV. Even just the slightest angle washes out the picture. I’d venture to say most people sit off to the side while watching TV. If that’s the case, this is NOT the TV for you. Several calls to LG customer service, even sent them pictures, but all they could offer was factory reset. Reluctantly, I did it. Absolutely no difference in picture quality. LG has some great products and TVs, but this is not one of them.
