Got as a gift on Mother’s Day..waiting for the 50 inch tv to be hung..wondering why when I’m in the kitchen and looking at the tv just about 20 feet away the colors are not crystal? I have to stand right in front of tv for colors to be crystal..can’t figure this out!

I purchased a 70” uq9000, & Apple TV or AirPlay doesn’t work, I keep putting the password in and it says it’s incorrect every time. What should I do?
Hello there Theboi23. If AirPlay is not responding on your LG TV, try resetting the device you are trying to connect your Tv with. Confirm that both the device you are trying to mirror as well as your TV is connected to the same network. In addition, Airplay works for only a certain amount of distance. Make sure that your AirPlay-compatible devices are turned on and near each other. Check that the devices are updated to the latest software and are on the same Wi-Fi network. Restart the devices that you want to use with AirPlay or screen mirroring. `Jai.

Why can’t Google Home connect to the 55UQ9000PUD? It won’t connect from the TV or from the Assistant. This is a key feature. It should be easy.

Do you know what type of remote control Xfinity provided you with for your cable set-top box? If they provided you with a programmable or learning remote control, you may be able to use it to control the LG 55 Inch Class UQ9000 PUD series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS 22 w/ ThinQ AI TV, Model # 55UQ9000PUD, but you will need to contact Xfinity's Customer Support to ask if their remote control is capable of being programmed to control the TV or if it can learn the TV's controls. LG 43UQ9000PUD, 43" TV..... The TV box and LG website say it works with Apple HomeKit. Try to connect, it fails "Apple AirPlay is disconnected." However, I contact tech support. One person tells me issue with Apple, the other say TV doesn't support it.
The LG 43 Inch Class UQ9000 PUD series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS 22 w/ ThinQ AI TV, Model # 43UD9000PUD DOES support Apple HomeKit. You stated that when you try to connect the TV, it fails "Apple AirPlay is disconnected". The TV supports Apple Home Kit and Apple AirPlay 2. Using the LG Magic Remote that comes with the TV, select the Smart Home dashboard on the TV and choose the AirPlay card from the Smart Home dashboard. Now, select AirPlay and Apple HomeKit Settings, and select the Setup Apple HomeKit option. The Apple HomeKit app will display a QR Code on the TV. On your iPhone, launch the Apple Home app (install it if not available). All you need to do is tap on Add Accessory. Scan the QR Code displayed on the TV. You can add the location for the LG Smart TV on the Apple Home app. Once you have successfully added your LG Smart TV to the Appel HomeKIt, you can easily control your LG Smart TV with your Apple device. This is how you can Add your LG Smart TV to the Apple HomeKit. With the setup done, you can easily control the TV using Voice Commands via Siri...^Ivan
