    Great Drive!
    This drive was very affordable and it was super easy to install and it has caused me no problems. It turned on and worked perfect on the first try. I know that might seem trivial & obvious, but think about how many things in life Don't Work on the first try, Never work like they should or just plain Don't Work. Karma exists, and I give credit where it is due, I give good credit the same as i would give bad. LG, I own a lot of your products (TV's, Cell Phones,Computer Products, and more).     Did eveything it promised for the money.
    Very pleased with this product. Works very fast and burns exceptionally. I burn a lot of music for the bands I am in and I never have to worry about the media I choose and the quality of the final burn product. Very happy with lgs product , prices and customer service.Thanks LG.

    Works fine
    For me it works fine. Haven't noticed any problems so far by this year. My system is Windows 8.1 64bit if this matters.

    Plus & Play on my iMac and Mac Pro
    I was concerned based on some reviews. However, I plugged it in and it plays DVD's and burns DVDs/CDs from my Macs. My Macs talk to it and it obeys commands..like open tray when I want to burn a DVD. I close the tray and my Macs tell me a disk is ready to burn. It talks back Fantastic product

    Good product
    Have had it about 4 months now. Only use every now and then, not every day, but it has worked perfectly. Was easy to set up, has been easy to use. Has worked well, been a good product, the price was fair and it appears well made so I think it was a good buy, good value.

    Great Product!
    I ordered a laptop without a CD writer/reader because it is seldom used and another item to get broken on the laptop. I do take it along sometimes if I think I'll need it but most of the time I leave it at home and use it when needed. My personal thoughts on the matter is CD writer/readers were very important for backups and such but with USB drive with much more storage space, the CD writer/reader is seldom needed.
